Our standard processing timeframe is 3 to 7 business days. However, our Shipping Timeframe is typically 1-2 Business Days after processing timeframe. We Ship with USPS and do require signature confirmation for the packages that are shipped from Boujee Brat Hair Co. 

Please ensure that your billing and shipping Address matches for proper shipping and confirmation.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.
After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again. 
 
Policies:

Boujee Brat Llc assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, as well as those delivered to incorrectly provided addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, or packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, it is recommended that the affected individuals contact USPS directly to initiate a claims process, which can be done by calling 800-275-8777, as all our packages are insured.

Return: 

There are no Returns on any items sold, you can exchange when product is still in Original packaging and has not been altered.
